Frequently Asked Questions

IS A CASINO PARTY LEGAL?

YES, as long as certain conditions are met.

In Georgia, casino games themselves are not illegal...it's gambling for legal tender that is illegal. LOTP uses only play money, which is 100% legal by law. You will never find real money used in a LOTP casino event.

DO I TIP THE DEALERS?

Yes, tips are more than welcome.

The dealers at your casino party are service people just like waiters and bartenders. Although they do not solicit tips, if you are happy with the job that your dealer has done for you at the end of the event, feel free to tip him or her. Tips in the amount of $10.00 to $20.00 are common. Our play money chips have no cash value and therefore cannot be used as money to tip a dealer.

WHAT IF I WANT A LONGER PARTY?

LOTP rates are set for a typical 3 hour event and are due at the end of the agreed upon time frame. For most parties in which you are raffling or auctioning prizes at the end, this is a sufficient amount of time to finish. For your "hard-core" players who want to play past the initial paid for hours, an additional charge of $25.00 per hour per dealer is due at the beginning of the requested additional time.

CAN I CHANGE WHICH GAMES I HAVE AT MY PARTY?

Yes, with sufficient notice.

If equipment and personnel are available at the time of your request, you will be able to schedule a gaming equipment change, but dependent upon the new games requested, you may need to submit an additional deposit prior to the event.

CAN I HAVE A QUOTE FOR A PARTY?

Certainly.

Whether you have $100 or $1000 to spend, LOTP will work hard to exceed your expectations. To make the quote process faster for you, please include in your inquiry your venue's location, what type of facility it is, the number of guests you will have, which games interest you the most, and your budgetary amount, and you will receive within 24 hours the best "bang for your buck" proposal possible.
